If you call the normal surgery number 020 3313 6200 a recorded message will tell you where to telephone for further assistance. Make sure you have a pen and paper handy to take down the number given. Alternatively you can call the service directly on 111. If for any reason you are unable to access NHS 111 by dialing 1-1-1 please call 020 8962 7777.
Out-of-hours cover is provided by LC&W Unscheduled Care Collaborative. A doctor is always on call for telephone advice, out-of-hours surgery visits when practical, or arranging home visits when required.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
